Pies, Battenburg, Kimchi, Tofu and Snow
Saturday 4th February 2012
Lunch at M. Manze's Noted Eel and Pie House, then back to the flat in the afternoon for tea and battenburg. In the evening made a kind of teriyaki tofu with fresh green peppercorns, and started another batch of kimchi.

We got the RV1 from London Bridge to Covent Garden, and from there walked to Chinatown to buy tofu.

On the bus on the way back home we passed Trafalgar Square, where the fountain was frozen.
