Erika was looking after her class "pet" this weekend, and took it with her down to Guildford to visit her cousins, to coincide with Grandad Nick also being there.

Clearing out the Cellar

Cleared out the cellar in the morning ahead of some maintenance work next week. Chie went out in the afternoon, so Erika and I had lunch at the Pineapple and went to a succession of local playgrounds - 3 in fact. In the evening we lazily ate out again, at Pizza East.

Chie and I took some of the things we'd cleared out of the cellar at lunchtime. In the afternoon when Erika got back from school she played with a tent we'd whilst clearing out the cellar.

Spent a large chunk of the morning cleaning my coffee machine. Then Chie, Erika and I went for lunch at Oliveto followed by gelato at Olivogelo. After that I went for a birthday pint with Andrew at the Angel in Bermondsey.

Wanted to go for ramen for lunch but were largely thwarted by places being closed and rain. Ended up at Shoryu. Later on in the afternoon a friend of Erika's came round for a play date.
