The Seven Stars
Wednesday 6th November 2019
Spent the evening in the Seven Star with the usual suspects.
London November 2019
Construction of the new office at King's Cross.
Jim and Andrew on arrival.
Jim and Ricardo after we managed to secure a table.
The food menu.
Thought we'd try their red Burgundy. It was not bad considering the very reasonable price.
Not quite high jinx yet, more mid level jinx at this stage.
Andrew doth protesting too much about me having ordered Negronis. In hindsight this was a bad idea.
Slightly weird effect of portrait mode here, after more old friends from work arrived.
Yea, again, portrait mode not really getting it right here.
Another differently blurry picture. Ricardo always comes out well though.
The house Champagne, another bad idea.
Clement Attlee the pub cat again occupying Roxy's chair against her express instructions.
Outside the Seven Stars, I think I wanted to get a bit of fresh air.
Back inside again, with the jinx level now somewhat elevated. I look a bit like I'm having a stroke.
There was also a pub dog for some of the evening.
Time to go home.
Or at least it should have been, we seem to still be hanging around outside ten minutes later.
....and indeed we still haven't completely left yet.
OK we're definitely going now!
