The one highlight of my otherwise obviously terrible few days in New York was trying the Impossible Burger for lunch at Momofuku Nishi, which was the most meat-like veggie burger I've yet tried.

After a final day's work in the New York office I got an overnight flight back to London, which was rather gruelling.

Flew to New York, read Nancy Mitford's The Pursuit of Love on the flight, which was mostly a successful distraction from the unpleasantness of being on a plane. Arrived in New York and to add to the general misery of being there it was also raining quite a lot.
