Over the years at odd times I've been in bad moods for one reason or
another and have taken to writing lengthy passages to try and vent
that frustration. It's not generally too helpful at the time, but
looking back it's very interesting to see the sort of things that have
pissed me off, and how much it has all changed. If nothing else, these
seem to get me a lot of hits from the search engines! Although I am
still baffled by how bored people must be to type "I hate celery" into
Yahoo. Bizarre.
Please note I am not a manic depressive or anything! I know this sounds
like a daft statement, but I've had a couple of emails from people who've
read these passages suggesting just that! We all get in bad moods, it's
just maybe I tend to be a bit more vocal about them, and, at least at the
time some of these were written, I seem to have had slightly more than my
fair share. Take this all with a pinch of salt, and enjoy!
-
Bad Mood
- The original and a classic, written way back in 1997 (I think).
-
At Least
- Following not too long after bad mood, this has occasionally been
a bit misinterprted - all the "at leasts" are meant to be sarcastic.
-
I Just Don't Know
- Maybe written in early 1999.
-
Houses
- A decidely relationships theme to this one, written some time in 1999.
-
Not Sure
- I found this lurking around in the murky depths when I was overhauling
the site, and had pretty much forgotten I'd even written it. Probably
written at some point in 1998.
-
The Midlands
- A (perhaps needlessly harsh) stab at the area where I come from.
