Made fresh pasta with Erika and also cooked paninsette for the first time, to try and recreate at home the food at Vico Palla in Genoa.

The finished mandilli di seta. Still not quite like the one at Vico Palla but pretty good in its own right.
Panisette - again some work required before these are at the Vico Palla level!
