I thought I'd give the Forty Hall 2018 another go, in part because of a temporary loss of my sense of smell. It was all apples and pears, which on previous occasions I'd found a bit disappointing (pear being worryingly close to Prosecco) but on this outing I quite enjoyed it.

A glass (these are actually plastic) on the forest floor.

Video of the same.

Trees. It was a bit of a grey day today, but I was very happy to be out.

The London skyline off in the distance.

16:33:42
A couple of silhouettted figures.

16:34:40
The London skyline again.

16:36:34
The glow of the city in the distance seen through the barrow.

The barrow from a different angle.

16:38:36
Taken without night sight, to give a more realistic idea of the colours at this point.

Among the trees in the gloom.

Heading home now, and the sky seemed to have cleared a little as I was leaving the heath.
