In the evening, Chinese food for dinner - we almost always have a fairly similar meal to this on a Monday, with mock duck pancakes (which Erika really likes) and today followed by a sweet and sour dish with pretend chicken, peppers and broccoli. I made the sauce from scratch (ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, pineapple etc) and was rather pleased how well it came out.
