Sadly this year's grape crop was completely consumed by powdery mildew, despite my attempts to spray them to prevent it. I think I'm just going to remove the vines altogether this winter.

The apple tree is looking good at least (albeit the apples are a bi small this year).

Somehow given the failure of the grape vines but the perserverance of the apple tree this year it seemed appropriate to have cider rather than wine.
