Enchiladas

[Sunday 4th July] Nothing much to report in the daytime. In the evening though, Chie's university tutor and his wife came round for dinner. We'd decided to do Mexican for a change, and I made what I think are called enchiladas - where you wrap some kind of filling in a tortilla, top it with cheese, then bake it. Anyway, whatever it was called, I was rather pleased with it.
