Simon's Birthday

[Friday 17th December]
For Simon's birthday, Simon and Susanna had decided to come over to Pangbourne for dinner and a few drinks. Kev came along too, and there was also a rare appearance from Mr. Jon Ellis! We kicked off the evening with a quick drink at The Swan, before heading over to the Cross Keys for dinner. I had originally thought it might be nice to walk over to Whitchurch after dinner, but given that the weather was not so pleasant, and Jon had kindly offered us the use of his car, we decided instead to take the short drive over to Aldworth to visit The Bell, one of the few truly traditional unspolit pubs left in the country. There are of course some picturesof the evening too.
