Waste of a Day

[Saturday 2nd February]
Complete waste of a day off really - I didn't leave the flat all day, and just slobbed about, tinkering with odd things on the computer but doing nothing really productive at all.

Chie popped out for a short while to do some shopping in the afternoon, and when she got back I made a very lazy version of Boston Baked Beans - using tinned beans, and only very vaguely adhering to the original recipe. This we ate with some very complicated and time consuming rosti that chie made, and a very lazy cauliflower cheese that I made.

I think a true lazy version of Boston Baked Beans is the original one - taking nine hours while your horse is crossing the prairie. I wonder if you really meant "uncomplicated"?
