The picture is of a bar of chocolate we bought in Gelupo yesterday - the best chocolate I've tried in quite a long time. It was very darnk, quite a dry consistency, and had salt crystals in it. Really delicious. Reminded me of the superb Claudio Corallo chocolate Fortnum and Mason sold a few years ago.
