Kilchoman

I leafed through the recent bottling list I'd received from the Whisky Society this evening, and excitedly noticed a bottling from Kilchoman on there. We'd been to the distillery when it was in its infancy and as a result I have a special fondness for it. So somewhat on the spur of the moment, after putting Erika to bed, I decided to pop out to the members rooms and pick up a bottle. Not sure I was able to pick up all the themes in the tasting notes, but impressively Chie, who hadn't read them, listed them all - peaty, antiseptic, maritime and honey.
